Give a brief info about your startup?

Xlarise is a business consulting firm. We partner with our clients and with our expertise in Consulting, Technology and People capabilities help Organizations of all size and shapes solve complex business problems and create opportunities for growth. One of our core mission is to help entrepreneurs and start-ups incubate business ideas, expand their business and create growth stories.

 

What made you start your startup and what problem does it solve?

Many organizations and start-ups in India are deprived of capabilities, and deep expertise to solve a business problem and create avenues for growth. Unlike big organizations, they can neither afford to recruit talent to build in-house capabilities nor they can afford to hire expensive consulting services. Xlarise has been successfully bridging this gap and making premium consulting and digital tech services accessible to such organizations and Start-ups to create growth stories

 

Tell us about yourself, your previous jobs/ventures? What were you doing before this startup?

Prior to Xlarise I have spent more than 12 years working for organizations like TCS, Bank of America, across regions in India, UK, US, Middle-East heading sales and marketing function, leading some of the largest technology programs, and helping fortune clients with Consulting and digital services.

 

Where is your startup based out of? Why do you think that is the best place for you?

We are present in Delhi NCR. We are a global organization working in a highly connected world with a focus to deliver value to our clients.

Who are your competitions and how are you better than them?

We believe it is the age of collaboration and by this companies can complement strengths and create greater value for all. We are not just service provider, we partner with our clients and walk along to make their business grow.

 

How hard is it to have a work-life balance as a startup founder and how do you manage it?

It’s about juggling between priorities. Work is a part of life and not life in itself.

 

What gets you excited about this company?

Do what you love and you’ll love what you do! We are passionate about solving problems and growing businesses. Helping organizations, and start-ups excel motivates and energize us.

 

Tell us how a day in your life looks like? Your schedule for a day right from the time you get up till you hit the bed at night.

My day involves spending time with my team, clients, entrepreneurs, and before I go to bed I reflect back on the day spent, plan for the day ahead and try to spend some-time with myself

It’s the common mission of growing together and creating value for our clients that brought us and keep us together
