Meet Nikhil Kale he is the founder of Psifiako Media. Psifiako Media is a Pune based startup.

 

I think startup founder should not be much-worried and business should not always the reason that stays you awake at night. Any startup founder should always be consistent and at the same time a kid too that has no stress, says Nikhil.

 

We at Bangalore Insider had the opportunity to catch up with Nikhil, the founder of  Psifiako Media and to know more about the startup, read his inspiring story.

 

 

Give a brief info about your startup?

Psifiako media is one of the greatest entertaining media company that you will ever come across. The first milestone of our company was set in the year 2016 and in no time we have accomplished so that much that we are more than proud of it. We are among one of the most viewed and appreciated social media communities worldwide. They say where there is will there is a way and we take the liberty to call our company a perfect example of it. We have not only worshipped the idea of millions of followers but also worked very hard in gaining those. The company that is built for a better tomorrow aims towards providing the youth with the right information. We assure you to always entertain you the way we have alongside the positivity and enthusiastic vibe. It fills us with the feeling of gratification to say that Psifiako Media has won the Best social media content award – Pune in

2018. We are India’s first company that has more than 36 million social media followers on our property.

 

 

What made you start your startup and what problem does it solve?

Nowadays, people are always feeling depressed someone has anxiety and many more emotional problems. I sensed this problem earlier 2 years ago and always wanted to create something that could help these type of people as I was one of them who have gone through these problems at the same time. So one fine day No One Cares a facebook page was started and I used to post content that will make people feel that they’re not alone and it worked now the page has 26 million followers on Facebook and more than 30 people are working under that single page. That is we are working on 26 million people and our team is hardly trying to make everyone’s newsfeed happy with our content.

 

 

Tell us about yourself, your previous jobs/ventures? What were you doing before this startup?

Before startup, I was pursuing my degree in computer engineering. I’m just a simple guy who used to study and at the same time was always looking for opportunities that can change something in me.

 

 

Where is your startup based out of? Why do you think that is the best place for you?

I’m from Pune and our headquarter is also in Pune that’s because I always Pune is always the best city for living and that too was done as Pune was ranked 1st in the most liveable city. People from Pune has never experienced things like this and I too wanted to do something that represents as It’s said here “Amhi Punekar”.

 

 

As a startup founder, what are you paranoid about? What keeps you awake at night?

I think startup founder should not be much-worried ad business should not always the reason that stays you awake at night. Any startup founder should always be consistent and at the same time a kid too that has no stress.

If you still what keeps me awake it’s me gaming all night.

 

 

Who are your competitions and how are you better than them?

My competition is we ourself and always try to better than what we are today.

 

 

How hard is it to have a work-life balance as a startup founder and how do you manage it?

If you’re doing something you love you don’t need to balance your work life and personal life but still if you need that then it’s the management of work you do that will help you to be free and maintained life.

 

 

Have you raised funding? If yes, then we would like to know the details. If no then please tell us if you are looking to raise.

No, we’ve not raised any funding till date we are self-funded and will always try to work like that.

 

 

What’s the biggest misconception people have about you? Why do they have that? What’s the reality?

When I used to try to hire people they would always act little disrespectful with me and sometimes I used to feel that they’re interviewing me and it’s not me. That’s because of Age. It was just like a kid talk for them.

 

 

What gets you excited about this company?

It’s that we never stop whether someone like or not we always keep on working that’s because I’ve experienced many things in life that are impossible to achieved but we have achieved that.

 

 

Tell us how a day in your life looks like? Your schedule for a day right from the time you get up till you hit the bed at night.

– Get up at 9 am

– Office at 10 am

– In the office till 6 pm and something till night with all my people in the office.

– Whenever I get free time I travel from the same places visit or any new place but I make sure that I go somewhere

 

 

Tell us about your team and how did you meet each other?

I would like to introduce 3 people.

We have some quite unimaginable team here.

1: Satyam Shastri who is the co-founder of Psifiako media ad NOC we meet online we started chatting and soon after that we started something that we are here now.

2: Prashant Urankar: who is VP and Head of social at Psifiako Media he is my best friend and we meet when I was pursuing my diploma we were in same class and after I offered him to work with me he dropout and is working with us.

3: Mandar Kshire: Mandar was the first person who messaged me on Facebook that you’re doing a nice job and all at the same time you can do it too and I offered him to become our Vp and Head of social and he also dropout and is working with us. He was also the one I meet online only just a random stranger.
