Give a brief info about your startup? What problem does it solve?

Altechmind is a leading IT- Services Company. The company has its head office in Bangalore. Altechmind works in areas such as Web Hosting, Web Design, Digital Marketing & more. The tailor-made services are offered at an affordable cost and are time bound. At Altechmind, we understand the business goals and time limitation of its clients and offer customised services to each of them. Altechmind also focuses on technology research & development to bring positive change in daily lives.

Tell us about yourself, your previous jobs/ventures? What were you doing before this startup?

I have completed B.Tech in CSE from Bhubaneswar, Orissa. While most young and bright engineering graduates were excited about the prospect of being placed, I started building my own projects. I had developed many projects & tested them in the market & decided to do something in the field of technology to improve the quality & services. I built many Websites, Software’s, Mobile Applications & others for Universities, Colleges, Schools, Institutes, Organizations etc.

I worked in one of Bangalore based Corporate Company as a Business Analyst, to learn the business operations and works with Information Technology to improve the quality of the services being delivered. Then I started my own company, currently working as CEO in my company (Altechmind Web Services).

The early life
I belong to a middle-class family, was born in Purnea (Small Town in Bihar) on 10th Nov 1993 to Mr Awadhesh Kumar Bishwas & Mrs Lily Devi. I am elder child of family, Other than me i have a younger brother & sister “Pranav & Pooja”. Even so, my parents belong to the village area, but always think big & send us to the hostel in a big town for study & make a better future. My parents did a lot of sacrifices to create a better life for us. Since childhood, i was passionate about the Technologies & my family always supported me for “Whatever i wanted to do”.

Where is your startup based out of? Why do you think that is the best place for you?

Currently we are running in Bangalore. We think as a IT-Hub, Bangalore is the best place for early stage of this IT bassed company. Soon we will introduce in around the country.

 

 

How hard is it to have a work life balance as a startup founder and how do you manage it?

As a start-up founder, I always wanted to meet the client expectations and if possible, reach above it and deliver satisfactory results. This indeed creates immense pressure. For me, there is no greater relief than a happy client. We put our best efforts to make our clients satisfied with our work. I look forward to not only gaining new clients but retaining the old ones. The best way to handle all this is to always remain positive and keep oneself motivated.

 

Have you raised funding? If yes, then we would like to know the details. If no then please tell us if you are looking to raise?

As of now we have not raised any funding but yes we are on the very early stage and to sustain in the market we need the financial support, so yes we are looking for that support and we are trying to out to different Angel firms for the same.

 

 

What gets you excited about this company?

For me, there is no greater relief & excitement than a happy & satisfied client. We put our best efforts to make our clients satisfied with our work. The kind of overwhelming response we’ve received from customer so far give us the encouragement to carry on and introduce more and more advancements that they can use.

 

Tell us how a day in your life looks like? Your schedule for a day right from the time you get up till you hit the bed at night.

No day is the same & that’s the beauty about my job. Every day comes with new challenges & struggles. Which is helps me to learn more about business & create the new strategies. I love this job.
